This Warranty Policy explains how DANIEL CNC, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles warranty claims on products manufacturd by us and/or other manufacturers used in our products.

Products manufactured by DANIEL CNC, LLC

Products manufactured by us are warranted for one year from the date of purchase to be free of defects. If a warranted product fails, breaks, or is found to be defective under normal use we will offer a one-time replacement free of charge.

Products not manufactured by us but are covered under this policy is hardware. This includes thumbscrews, screws, washers, and heat set inserts.

VELCRO® Brand products

The VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® straps used on the NOVA Rear product is warranted by us for six months from the date of purchase. If the strap becomes unserviceable under normal use we will offer a one-time replacement free of charge.

Changes to this warranty policy

We may update this warranty policy if our practices or legal requirements dictate so. We will post the updated policy on this website and revise the effective date. Changes to this warranty policy will affect products manufactured on and after the warranty policy change date. All products manufactured before any warranty policy change will be governed by the prior warranty policy in effect on the date of manufacture.
